What counts as a change. Anything on the site. Words, pictures, pages, forms, listings, hours, the people on the team page. If it is on the site, you can text it.

What does not. A second website, a web application, or a full redesign. Those are quoted on their own, and most members never need one.

How fast is fast. Within 24 hours, guaranteed. Most changes are live the same afternoon. Outages are handled the same day, whatever day it is.

Software is the membership. If you need hands in the building, we come out and bill by the hour.
