A QR sign-in that captures every walk-in as a validated CRM lead, then keeps working as the follow-up page.

The clipboard by the door is where open-house leads go to die. A QR code on the sign-in table opens a page that captures the visitor properly — validated, tagged to the listing, landed in your CRM before they reach the kitchen. After the open house it keeps working: the same page carries the listing's photos and details, so your follow-up text links somewhere worth tapping instead of trailing off.
