The largest build here. A single persistent map camera sits behind every page and flies between authored frames as you navigate and as community stories scroll. Twenty-six neighborhood routes are stamped out as real static HTML at build time — each with Place, FAQ, and breadcrumb structured data — so crawlers and AI agents read complete written pages instead of an empty React root. A hand-built motion engine measures real frame times and quietly steps the glass and motion budget down on slower machines. The roster ships through a build-time WebP pipeline at three sizes.
