The parser is not the concept — it is already running in The Aerial, resolving phrases like "4 bed with a dock in st marys" against the same fields a RESO feed carries, entirely on-device, and writing back what it understood. What this offering adds is the wiring: connecting that parser to your live MLS or IDX feed, so the box on your site answers with your actual inventory. Every filter dropdown removed is a visitor who does not abandon the search.
