Process

No surprises

Five steps. Each one now has a surface in your account that makes it real rather than promised.

  1. 1

    A conversation

Twenty minutes, or the configurator if you'd rather not talk.

    The configurator

  2. 2

    A fixed quote in writing

Scope in specifics, exclusions listed, timeline dated, ownership deed inline, an expiry date.

    A specimen quote

  3. 3

The design before any production code

A recorded approval at the design gate, not an email thread.

  4. 4

A live preview you can check any time

An always-current preview link in your account, with each milestone dated.

    Your account

  5. 5

    Launch in your own accounts

DNS cutover with rollback, redirects from any prior site, the deep-link check, a synthetic lead, and the Deed.

Milestones

Every build moves through these, each dated in your account when it happens, not when it was planned.

  3. Build
  4. Preview
  5. Revisions
  6. Launch prep
  7. Live

Revisions

Tiers 1–3 include 2 revision rounds; Tiers 4–5 include 3. Rounds happen at the design gate and the content gate, each a recorded approval. Anything beyond is a change request, priced in your account before work starts.

Before launch

DNS cutover with rollback, a redirect map from any prior site, the Google profile website field updated, sitemap submitted, analytics verified, the BoldTrail deep-link path checked (the subdomain failure gets an explicit test every launch), one synthetic lead sent and shown arriving, a brokerage-compliance review, and the Ownership Deed generated and delivered.
