Capacity, stated
One active build at a time, one in design, a queue of at most 3, plus the monthly Watch work. Every service promise on this site derives from that number. When the queue is full, the configurator and checkout switch to a waitlist with a real start date rather than taking your deposit and hoping.
Where
Human work — builds, appointments, emergencies — is bounded to Nassau, Duval, St. Johns, Clay counties in Florida and coastal Georgia. Everywhere else gets the store, the demos, the diagnostics, and a waitlist.
When
Live window: Mon–Fri 18:00–21:00, Sat 09:00–12:00 (Eastern). Bar messages answered within one business day. Emergencies — site down, leads not arriving, profile suspended — same day, any day. The status pill in the header is computed from the calendar and the queue, not typed in.

Seamark is an independent studio. It is not endorsed by or affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices or its franchisees. Your brokerage obligations and brand compliance remain yours; Seamark builds in addition to brokerage-provided tools, not in replacement of them.
What I won’t do
- Publish a conversion statistic. Inventing one would discredit every true claim beside it.
- Hold your passwords. Access is by delegated role you can revoke.
- Manage ad spend below the floor. The arithmetic is on the Channel page.
- Sell you the top of the ladder when the bottom is the honest answer.
