What this site collects, why, and how to make it stop.
What is collected
Form submissions you make (inquiries, Bar tool inputs, configurator answers, preview requests). First-party events about how the store is used, keyed to a random cookie, with no third-party analytics scripts. A referral code, when you arrive with one, kept for 90 days.
Uploads to the preview generator are validated, stripped of metadata, stored privately, and deleted when the preview expires.
What is never collected
Passwords to anything you own. The intake forms refuse free-text password entry. Card details never touch this site: payment, when enabled, happens on the payment processor's hosted page.
Diagnostics
Bar tools fetch public pages of the site you name, respect robots.txt, stop at twenty pages, and cache results for seven days. A synthetic test lead is sent only when you tick the consent box, and it is labelled as a test in every field.
Your data, your exit
Lead data captured through any Seamark-hosted form is exportable by you at any time from your account and is deleted on request within 30 days. Ask at the address in the footer.
