Seamark is independent. This page says exactly what that means.
Not affiliated
Seamark Studio is an independent studio operated by Zander Sellers. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or acting on behalf of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, any of its franchisees, or any brokerage.
No brokerage's trade dress, logo, or brand colours appear on this site, in its demos, or in any preview it generates.
Your obligations stay yours
Your brokerage's brand-compliance rules, advertising rules, and your state's real-estate advertising regulations remain your responsibility. Seamark builds to them when you tell me what they are, and the build runbook includes a brokerage-compliance review gate before launch — but the sign-off is yours.
In addition to, not in place of
Seamark builds assets you own — a domain, a site, a Google profile, an ad account — beside the tools your brokerage provides. Nothing here replaces a brokerage obligation, a brokerage CRM seat, or a brokerage website; every form still lands in the CRM your brokerage already gives you.
Capacity separation
Where the operator holds a role at a brokerage, Seamark work is performed in a personal capacity, on personal time, with personal tooling. Portfolio entries for brokerage work state the capacity in which they were performed once that is cleared in writing; until then, they carry no brokerage attribution.
