Short, because there isn't much to hide.

What you're buying

A build is a fixed-scope project described in a written quote. The quote is the scope; anything not in it is not in it, and the exclusions are listed beside the inclusions on purpose.

A Watch plan is month-to-month work with no contract. It stops when you say, from your account, in two clicks, and the confirmation you receive says in writing what remains yours: everything.

Ownership

Every asset produced for you — domain, source code, hosting account, Google Business Profile, ad account, analytics property, and lead data — is registered to you and delivered with a signed Ownership Deed at launch. Seamark holds access grants you can revoke, never your passwords.

Payment

One payment, twelve monthly payments at a stated premium, or half at deposit and half at launch. Ownership transfers at launch regardless of which you choose; with the monthly option you owe the balance. Ad spend is never billed by Seamark: it is paid by you to Google in your own account.

Failed payments are retried automatically and you receive two notices before any service is paused.

Revisions and changes

Builds include 2 revision rounds on Tiers 1–3 and 3 on Tiers 4–5 at the named gates. Further changes are submitted in your account and priced, or marked in-scope, before work starts.

What Seamark doesn't promise

Rankings, lead volume, or closings. Nobody honest can. What is promised is what gets built, in your name, and that it is tested working before launch.

Entity

Until the operating entity is formed, checkout, subscriptions, and electronic signature on this site are disabled and every engagement is documented by a written quote and invoiced directly. This page updates when that changes.
