The Ownership Deed

Read the deed before you buy anything.

This is the blank specimen of the document every client receives at launch, signed, listing every asset and who it is registered to. AC-OWN-3: public, so a prospect can read it first.

Deed of Ownership · specimen

Every asset listed here is registered to the client named above. Seamark Studio holds delegated access that the client can revoke at any time, and never holds a password. If the client leaves — a brokerage, or Seamark — every asset stays theirs, because none of it was ever Seamark's.

The domain is registered in your name. The Google Business Profile is yours. The ad account is yours, with your card on it. The site is yours, code included. The lead data is yours. If you leave the brokerage tomorrow, every piece of it goes with you — because none of it was ever mine.

How the real one differs

Yours names you, dates every verification, records how each access grant was made (never a password), and is signed. The two export buttons it refers to are live in your account, and they are tested in this site’s own CI: if leaving is hard, the claim was never true.
